Tom has been a licensed Auctioneer for over 26 years and a Realtor for 19 years. (He is a member the Ohio Auctioneers Association, Ohio and National Association of Realtors and belongs to the Columbus Board of Realtors). Having both licenses has enabled Tom and his staff to offer a complete Auction Service. These professional services help meet the needs of those individuals relocating or merely upgrading or downsizing, for whatever reason.

Tom has conducted, managed or assisted with over 1000 Auctions over the years. He has conducted a variety sales including Real Estate, Farm & Construction Equipment, Estate Sales, Household, Antiques, Lawn & Garden, Livestock and Business Liquidations. Since 1986 Tom has been part of the Auction staff for one of the World's largest monthly Equipment Consignment sales in London, Ohio.

Tom annually assists with the Franklin County and Fairfield County Junior Fair Livestock Auctions. Tom also has supported and help conduct many Benefit Auctions over the years in business including (Bishop Hartley  Fundraiser, St. Matthews  Fundraiser, OSU-James Cancer Hospital Fundraiser, Pope John Parish Fundraiser, Columbus African Violet Society,  Lions Club, CW Boy Scouts, St. Marys Altar Rosary, Hopewell Methodist Church Fundraiser, Franklin County Junior Fair Bake Sale, Individual Family Benefits and many others).
